El Camino de Miguel

August 15 août – Aumont-Aubrac à Prinsuéjols – 21,13 km, 25,766 steps

August 16 août – Prinsuéjols à Nasbinals – 12 km, 19,000 steps

Jour 8 : journée pluvieuse et moche, pas grand-chose à partager.

Day 8 : rainy glum day, not much to share.

Jour 9 : départ de Prinsuéjols avant 8h du matin avec une brume magique sur tout le paysage. Il y avait même un arc de brume dans le ciel! On a vu beaucoup de très belles vaches, des mamans avec leurs petits, deux vaches qui se prenaient les cornes et un énooooooooorme taureau. Un taureau dans un autre pré n’avait pas l’air de très bonne humeur et on est partis quand il s’est approché en nous regardant de travers! On est arrivés à Nasbinals à temps pour luncher en terrasse, ce qui nous a changé du sandwich sur le chemin. Après-midi relax, lavage, visite du village, profiteroles. Il nous reste six jours de marche!

Day 9 : we left Prinsuéjols before 8 this morning. The fog made everything look magic and there was even a “fog-bow” in the sky! We saw lots of beautiful cows, mothers with their little ones, two cows head-butting and a huuuuuuuuge bull. In another field there was a bull in a bad mood who came towards us scowling and we didn’t stick around! We arrived in Nasbinals in time for lunch on a terrace, which was a welcome change from the sandwiches on the road. Relaxing afternoon, walking in the beautiful little town, laundry, profiteroles. Only six hiking days left!
